Arrival and dismissal

Dismissal

Drop-off is on 35th Avenue. Free early drop-off begins at 7:30am and includes breakfast in the gym. Dismissal takes place at the main doors by division. After-school pickup is at 6pm.

Arriving late

If you arrive after 8:45am, please sign in at the office before going to the classroom so staff can update attendance.

02 · UNIFORMS

School uniforms

EVERY DAY

A maroon polo or cardigan with the school crest, gray or navy bottoms, and closed-toe shoes.

GYM DAYS

A school T-shirt with shorts or track pants. Check your child’s schedule for gym days.

WINTER

A warm coat, hat, and gloves. Please label each item with your child’s name.

WHERE TO BUY

Uniform items are available from the school store. Plain clothing in the school colors is also accepted, except for the crest polo.

04 · WHAT TO BRING

What to bring

A refillable bottle

Water fountains are available on each floor. Please take bottles home each evening.

Indoor shoes · 3K–K

Indoor shoes stay in your child’s cubby for use in the classroom.

A book

A book for quiet reading or the journey to school. Books in any language are welcome.

Classroom supplies

Classroom supplies are provided and shared. Please leave toys and personal devices at home.

The Friday Note

A weekly email with classroom news and upcoming events.

Teacher notes

Early childhood teachers send a classroom update each Friday.

Conferences

Conferences take place in November and March. Contact your child’s teacher if you would like to meet at another time.

Emergencies

Urgent notices are sent by text and email in English and the family’s preferred language.
