TUITION IS NOT THE PRICE OF ADMISSION
Aid is need-based and decided separately from whether a child is admitted. Applying for aid does not affect the decision, and we will say that as many times as it takes to be believed.
WE PUBLISH THE NUMBER TO FAMILIES, NOT THE INTERNET
Tuition is set each spring and sent with the admissions packet, so what you read is what you would pay. Ask us at any point and we will tell you the current figure over the phone.
SMALL CLASSES ARE WHAT IT BUYS
Twelve students to a room, two adults in the early years, and seven labs staffed by the teachers who run them. That is most of the budget.

A standard need analysis, the same one most independent schools use, plus last year's return.

Awards are decided by the aid committee, not by the admissions office.
