Information you send us

The website has two forms:

• Schedule a Visit asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, your child’s entering grade, the school year, your preferred visit date, and what you would like to see.
• Contact asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, the subject of your inquiry, and your message.

Neither form asks for your child’s name or date of birth. Please do not include health information, medical details, or school records in a message. Call the office to discuss how to share sensitive information.

How we receive and use your inquiry

When you submit a form, we use Sanity to store your inquiry and Resend to send an email notification to the school office.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry or arrange a visit. Sending a form does not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Inquiries are accessible to authorized school staff and the developer who maintains the website. The service providers described below process information to operate the website and deliver messages. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep inquiries

The school keeps inquiries until you ask us to delete them. This helps staff follow up with families and keep a record of their questions. To request deletion, email admin@TLTStemArts.org or call (347) 732-4167.

Information about children

These forms are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults contacting the school. Children should not submit information through them.

Student photographs are published with family permission. A parent or guardian may request removal of a photograph by contacting admin@TLTStemArts.org. You do not need to give a reason.

Report cards, assessments, attendance records, and other student records are handled directly by the school, outside this website.

Website services and automatic information

The website does not use visitor analytics or advertising trackers. The services that deliver and protect it may receive technical information, including your internet address.

• Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions. Our rate limiter temporarily uses your internet address to limit repeated submissions; the address is not stored with your inquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals to help prevent automated spam. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
• Sanity stores website content and the school’s copy of form inquiries.
• Resend delivers inquiry notifications to the school’s email inbox. These notifications include the information you submit.
• Google provides the map on the Contact page and YouTube thumbnail images on film cards. Loading these items connects your browser to Google, which can receive your internet address and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. The school’s address is also available as plain text.

Films open on YouTube when you follow a video link. Social media links also take you to external websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Other website features

The public website does not require an account or password, take payments, or offer a mailing-list signup. The school does not use advertising cookies or a chat widget on these pages. Information submitted through the forms is not used by the website to make automated admissions decisions.

Correcting or removing information

Contact us if you would like an inquiry corrected or deleted, or a photograph of your child removed. Tell us which message or photograph your request concerns. You do not need to explain why you are making the request.

Policy updates and language

We update the date above when this policy changes. This policy is published in English, which is the governing version. Contact the office if you need help understanding it.
