What this site is, and what it is not.

These terms cover this website. If anything here and a signed agreement with the school ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Using this site

You are welcome to read it, print it, and share links to it. Please do not copy the photographs, the crest, the wordmark, or substantial amounts of the writing for use elsewhere without asking. Everything here belongs to The Learning Tree STEM-Arts Lab School unless it says otherwise.

Please do not use this site to break the law, to reach parts of it that are not public, or to interfere with it working for anyone else.

This site is not an offer

It describes the school as it is at the time of writing. It is not a contract and not a guarantee of a place.

Nothing here is an admission decision. Requesting a visit, sending a message, or reading about the application process does not reserve a seat or create an obligation on either side.

Dates and details change. Term dates, open house Tuesdays, bell schedules, club days, camp weeks, staff, tuition and financial aid all change, sometimes at short notice and sometimes after a page here was last updated. Call the office on (347) 732-4167 before you rely on anything here, and particularly before you travel to the building.

Tuition figures are not published on this site. If you read a number anywhere claiming to be our tuition, it did not come from us. Ask, and we will tell you the current figure.

Visit requests

A submitted visit request is a request. Nothing is booked until someone from the school replies and confirms it. Please do not come to the building on the strength of the form alone.

Links to other places

We link to YouTube, to Google Maps, to our social media accounts and occasionally elsewhere. Those are run by other people under their own terms and their own privacy policies. We have no control over what they show you and are not responsible for it.

Photographs of students

Photographs on this site are published with the permission of families. If you are a parent or guardian and want one removed, write to admin@TLTStemArts.org.

Please do not download, copy or republish photographs of our students. They are children, and the permission we were given covers this website, not yours.

Accuracy, and the limits of it

We write this site carefully and keep it as current as we can. We do not promise it is complete, error-free, or up to date at the moment you read it, and we are not liable for a decision made on the strength of something here that turned out to be stale. Where something matters — a date, a deadline, a cost, a place — confirm it with the office.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do.
